I've been using farmOS for several months now as a sort of complete homestead management platform.

It's designed for actual commercial farm use, but I'm misusing it to track things beyond that, like home maintenance, foraging yields, etc.

Basically, I'm using it as one would a change management system in an IT environment.

But it works really well. For me, this is much easier than trying to tell a 'story' about every single thing I do with the garden or the house. I find that making logging simpler encourages me to log more, too.

I've finally gotten around to setting up an NGINX reverse proxy and some subdomains, so you can check it out (in read-only mode, of course) at https://farm.digitalsatori.net.
